Liberty University is a private Christian university located in Lynchburg, Virginia. The university offers a wide range of programs in fields such as business, law, education, religion, and the arts and sciences. Liberty is known for its strong emphasis on faith-based education and integrates Christian principles into its curriculum and campus life. The university boasts numerous research facilities and institutes, including the Liberty University Center for Research & Scholarship. The campus is lively with a variety of cultural and social events, including the annual Homecoming Weekend and Convocation, the world's largest weekly gathering of Christian students. With over 600 student organizations, a variety of dining options, and state-of-the-art recreational facilities like the LaHaye Recreation & Fitness Center and the Liberty Mountain Snowflex Centre, students have plenty of opportunities to get involved and stay active.
